Terms of use

These terms apply to any use of the a-i.quebec website (A-i.Quebec). By using the site, you accept them. Purchases are also governed by our terms of sale, and your personal information by our privacy policy.

1. The site's content

The images, videos, music, colouring pages and texts on the site are created by A-i.Quebec, including with artificial intelligence tools, and are protected. You may browse the site and use its free tools (online colouring, previews) for your personal use. Any other use (copying, reselling, redistributing, commercial use) requires a licence purchased under the terms of sale.

2. Content created with artificial intelligence

The site's content is artistic work generated largely with artificial intelligence. The characters, places and voices are fictional or synthetic; any resemblance to a real person is coincidental.

3. Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for what is done with your account. We may suspend or close an account used in an abusive or fraudulent way, or contrary to these terms.

4. What you create or send

You are responsible for the texts you enter (for example in a personalised video) and for the creations you send to the colouring gallery. They must not be illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual or misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights. Do not enter someone's personal information without their consent.

You allow us to use this content to provide the service: make your video, host it and, for the gallery, display your creation with the first name provided. We may refuse or remove any content that breaks these rules. You can ask for your creation to be removed at any time.

5. Prohibited uses

  • copying the site or its content by automated means (bots, scraping);
  • getting around the site's protections: watermarks, temporary links, download limits;
  • attacking the site, trying to access someone else's account or disrupting how it works;
  • publicly sharing or reselling purchased content.

6. Availability and liability

We do our best to keep the site working well, but we cannot guarantee that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by Québec's Consumer Protection Act.

7. Links and social networks

The site may contain links or embedded posts from third-party sites (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Those sites have their own terms and policies, for which we are not responsible.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Québec and the laws of Canada that apply there.
